Adjete George

Adjete George is a skilled professional with extensive experience in youth engagement and project coordination, currently serving as the Youth Participatory Platform Team Lead and Project Coordinator for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Lagos since March 2021. Adjete has also contributed as an Adolescent and Youth Virtual Space Development Strategist for the Association for Reproductive and Family Health, coordinating initiatives aimed at strengthening health systems in vulnerable communities. A proven leader at the YALI Network Lagos, Adjete has held multiple positions including Coordinator and Programs Manager, overseeing various youth-focused projects. Additional roles include Lead Project Coordinator for the PACT Against Tobacco Project with Gatefield and experience as a research intern at the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research. Adjete holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Relations from Lagos State University.
