Tatenda G. Mupfudze, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Research Scientist at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since March 2021. Prior to this role, Tatenda was the Principal Investigator at Be The Match from April 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included leading research studies, authoring proposals, and providing scientific leadership. Before this, Tatenda worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Nestlé Health Science (January 2016 - March 2017), focusing on regulatory submissions and intellectual property assessments, and at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (November 2014 - December 2015), where research grant applications and mixed-methods studies were overseen. Tatenda earned a PhD in International Public Health/International Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (2009 - 2014) and a BS in Human Nutrition from St. Catherine University (2005 - 2008).
