Adriana Stoica

Adriana Stoica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Since 2011, Adriana has served as the Senior Director for Europe & the Middle East at United Way Worldwide. Prior to this, Adriana held the position of Executive Director at United Way Romania from 2004 to 2011 and was the Bucharest Field Office Director at DAI for a brief period in 2004. Adriana's earlier career included significant roles at World Learning as Program Director and Interim Chief of Party from 1995 to 2003, and as Financial Administrator at the Regional Environmental Center (REC) from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, Adriana worked as a Specialist in International & Public Relations for the Ministry of Environment from 1992 to 1993. Adriana holds an Engineering degree in Geology from the University of Bucharest, completed between 1986 and 1992, and attended "N.Balcescu" High School in Cluj-Napoca.
