Mike Miano is an accomplished professional in the field of international sales and engineering operations, currently serving as the Principal at Universal Air Filter Company since July 1996. Miano's extensive experience includes roles such as SVP Global Engineering & Product Management, Engineering & Sales Manager, and Sales Engineer, where expertise in customer experience management and sales across North America, Europe, and Asia was developed. Miano is also an Advisory Board Member at Missouri State University, promoting the Customer Experience Certificate Program. In addition, Miano worked as a Principal Business Consultant for AG Industries, focusing on OEM strategic alliances, and previously held a Sales Engineer position at Midwest Machinery Company. Miano holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
