Steve Kelly

Steve Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and technology within the music industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Innovation & Technology at Universal Music Group since March 2018, Steve previously held significant roles at All Around The World Ltd from 2003 to 2018, including CTO, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing digital operations, product management, and marketing. Earlier career experiences include serving as Operations Director at Lingards/Boilerhouse Nightclub and as a Student Engineer at Switchgear & Instrumentation Ltd, focusing on R&D for digital motor control systems. Steve holds a PhD and an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University and has a foundational education from Bradford Grammar School.
