Sara Harris D'Souza has a strong background in marketing and product management. Sara began their career in 2005 at Universal Orlando Resort, where they worked in various marketing and digital roles. During their time there, they developed and implemented strategies for personalizing and enhancing the consumer experience on Universal Orlando's digital platforms. Sara also managed technology projects and maintained communication portals for Vacation Planners.
In 2019, Sara joined Universal Destinations & Experiences as a Manager in BSA Marketing Platforms. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing marketing technology projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
In 2021, Sara was promoted to Product Manager in MarTech Product Development at Universal Destinations & Experiences. Sara led the development of new marketing technology capabilities and managed the scope and prioritization of deliverables.
Currently, Sara is serving as the Director of Personalization Strategy at Universal Destinations & Experiences. Sara is responsible for driving collaboration, requirements alignment, and prioritization across multiple product, delivery, and business teams.
Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in marketing technology, product strategy, planning, and implementation. Sara is skilled in cross-functional team management and has a strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle.
Sara Harris D'Souza attended Valencia College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they pursued their education at the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2007, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology.
