Roopa Garuthman

Roopa Garuthman currently serves as Vice President of Technology Solutions at Universal Technical Institute, Inc., since September 2021, overseeing application and product delivery along with engineering and DevOps. Prior to this role, Roopa held various positions at American Airlines from July 2013 to September 2021, including Director of IT PMO and Technology Solutions and Sr. Technology Delivery Manager for Customer Technology. Earlier experience includes roles with US Airways, where Roopa worked as Program Manager and Project Manager for Employee Travel, and a period as a self-employed IT consultant. Roopa holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
