Alejandro Delgado

Alejandro Delgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international cooperation, technology, and education. Currently serving as a U.S. International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Alumni and a Data Ecosystem Manager at Ágata Agencia Analítica, Alejandro leads initiatives in GovTech, Artificial Intelligence, and data solutions. Additionally, Alejandro is a professor at the Universidad del Rosario, teaching business plans, and previously held roles such as Fellow of the GovTech LATAM program at BID Lab and International Cooperation Leader at the Secretaria Distrital de Desarrollo Economico in Bogotá. With a solid educational background in law and telecommunications, including degrees from Universidad de Los Andes and Universidad del Rosario, Alejandro brings a wealth of knowledge to foster innovation and economic development in the digital realm.
