Didier Jutras-Aswad

Didier Jutras-Aswad is a distinguished academic and clinical professional at Université de Montréal, serving as a Full Professor since July 2009 and holding various academic positions, including Associate Clinical Professor and Assistant Clinical Professor. In addition to his academic roles, Didier is actively involved in leadership within the healthcare community, currently serving as Chief of the Psychiatry Department at CHUM and as a Board Member for both the Fondation du CHUM and the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Didier also presides over the Centre d'expertise et de collaboration en troubles concomitants and has been a researcher at the Centre de recherche du CHUM since April 2011. Educationally, Didier holds a Doctor of Medicine, completed residency training in Psychiatry, and has a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, along with a Master’s in Clinical Research from Université de Montréal.
