Damon L. Tull

Damon L. Tull, PhD, currently serves as a Program Officer at the National Science Foundation since July 2024. Additionally, Tull holds multiple roles at the University of California Office of the President, including positions on the President's Entrepreneurship Network Council, as Special Advisor for Equity and Inclusion Accountability, and as Senior Advisor to the Vice President of Research and Innovation. Tull also directs Industry Alliances and serves as a Principal Investigator for various initiatives at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management. Previous experience includes founding principal investigator roles at the American Society for Engineering Education and business development at Johns Hopkins University. Tull's academic career features positions at Washington Bible College/Capital Bible Seminary and a background in consultancy and leadership within the digital imaging technology sector. Tull earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and holds degrees from both Northwestern University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
