Jacob Wiberg Larsen

Jacob Wiberg Larsen is an experienced economist currently working at Danmarks Nationalbank since April 2021, focusing on monetary and financial statistics, including money market and FX statistics, as well as credit statistics. Additionally, Jacob serves as a teaching assistant for Financial Econometrics A at the University of Copenhagen, delivering instruction on topics such as nonlinear time series analysis and GARCH models. Prior to these roles, Jacob worked as a Junior Data Scientist at Akademikernes A-kasse, where time series forecasting and machine learning projects were undertaken using Python. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from the University of Copenhagen.
