Mogens Groenvold is a Professor at the University of Copenhagen, a position held since January 2002. Additionally, Mogens serves as the Chairman of the Board and founder of the Danish Palliative Care Database since January 2010 and has been the Head and consultant at the Palliative Care Research Unit at Bispebjerg/Frederiksberg Hospital since April 1998. Mogens Groenvold holds a DMSc./dr.med. in Patient-rated outcomes research, a PhD in Oncology focusing on breast cancer and quality of life research, and an MD, all obtained from Københavns Universitet.
