Erin Kennedy

Adjunct Professor at University of Denver

Erin Kennedy is a seasoned leader in sports and youth development, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Girls Rugby Inc. since January 2018, where the organization promotes flag rugby for girls in grades K-8. In addition to this role, Erin has been the Regional Development Manager for Rugby Americas North since March 2019, focusing on the growth of rugby in North America. Erin also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, teaching in the Master's program for Sport and Performance Psychology. Previous experience includes consulting for Rugby Canada, coordinating programs for the International Olympic Committee for the Lillehammer 2016 Youth Olympic Games, and managing youth development initiatives at USA Rugby. Erin has educational credentials including a Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University. Currently enrolled in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, Erin continues to enhance professional skills.
