Additionally, Franco serves as a Certified Professional Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer at FLM Coaching and holds the position of President at The NeuroTransology Institute. Franco is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, specializing in leadership development and organizational team building, and contributes as Affiliate Faculty at the same institution.
