Ashley Schwartz

Ashley Schwartz is an experienced program manager and coordinator specializing in diversity and outreach within higher education. Since August 2014, Schwartz has worked at the University of Houston, starting as a Development Coordinator and progressing to Program Manager 2, where responsibilities include building a pipeline to medical school for diverse students and fostering a culture of inclusivity among faculty, staff, and students. Previous roles involved overseeing health education community outreach programs, managing communications for events, and coordinating various initiatives aimed at promoting the college. Earlier experience includes event coordination for Outside the Box Productions, where Schwartz managed significant corporate events. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
