Gary Gallagher

Gary Gallagher, CPC, is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as Principal Project Manager at the University of Houston since February 2020. In this role, Gary leads facilities, planning, and construction project managers, acting as Owner's Representative throughout all project phases. Previously, as President of BEGA Design + Construction, Gary established and managed a full-service design/build firm, while overseeing all aspects of construction and safety policies. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Project Manager at Camden Construction, Inc., where Gary managed capital projects and client relations, and developed strong business relationships. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science and is pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at the University of Houston.
