Ololade George-Aremu

Ololade George-Aremu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade, currently serving as an HR Learning Coordinator, Teaching Fellow, and GTA at the University of Leicester since October 2022. Prior to this, Ololade held the position of VP of People and Culture at ARNERGY SOLAR, focusing on performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement from July 2019 to December 2022. Notable previous roles include Head of Human Resources at IL Bagno and Senior HR Business Partner at Konga Online Shopping Ltd, where significant initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems were implemented. Ololade’s early career includes HR Advisory roles at Afrinvest West Africa and IT support positions. Ololade is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at the University of Leicester, bolstering a strong educational background that includes a Master's in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
