RhaeAnn Booker has a diverse work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. RhaeAnn is currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Michigan Health-West since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Davenport University from 2011 to 2019 as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In this role, they directed comprehensive, university-wide operations, collaborated with senior leadership, and conducted extensive research on DEI issues. Before joining Davenport University, they worked at Calvin College from 2005 to 2010. Their roles included an Evaluator and an Assistant Dean of Academic Multicultural Affairs. In these positions, they coordinated design and evaluation of grants, advised on various issues, and promoted diversity goals through strategic planning and program execution.

RhaeAnn Booker earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Western Michigan University in 2019. RhaeAnn also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research Design, which they completed at Western Michigan University in 2008. In addition, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research Design from Western Michigan University in 2004. RhaeAnn completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology at Calvin University in 1991. There is no information about their education at Calvin College beyond the Bachelor's degree.
