Adam Freeman

Adam Freeman is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and equity strategies. Currently serving as Senior Investment Director at the University of Minnesota since August 2024, Adam previously held the position of Portfolio Manager in the Equity Strategies Group at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies from September 2016 to August 2024, managing global equity allocations across various investment vehicles. Adam's career includes roles at Mercer as an Investment Consultant for endowments and foundations, and prior positions at Cornerstone Capital Management, Magnetar Capital, and Piper Jaffray, specializing in fundamental equity analysis and investment processes. Adam holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
