Nadine Petty

Chief Diversity Officer at University of New Hampshire

Nadine Petty has been working in the field of diversity and inclusion for over 20 years. Nadine started their career as an English teacher at Woodlawn High School in 1998. From there, they went on to Morgan State University, where they served as Program Manager. In 2005, Nadine took a position at Southwestern Illinois College as an Academic Specialist. In 2011, they became the Director of TRIO Student Support Services at the University of Louisville. Nadine assumed their current role as Chief Diversity Officer at the University of New Hampshire in September 2020.

Nadine Petty has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville. Nadine also has a Master's Degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Rochester, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in English from the same school.
