Justin M. Hickey

Justin M. Hickey, M.Ed., is an experienced rugby coach and educator with a diverse background in athletics and academic administration. Currently serving as the Director of Rugby and Men's Head Coach at the University of Notre Dame since May 2016, Justin also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor and Head Rugby Coach at Clemson University since November 2010. With a focus on rugby education and high performance, Justin was a Co-Director for Nike Evolution Rugby, contributing to the development of young athletes in the U.S. Additionally, Justin has held key roles with USA Rugby, including Assistant Coach for the Collegiate All Americans and U20 Junior National Team Manager. Other notable positions include Director of Athletics at Moon Area School District and Head Rugby Coach at Davenport University. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Athletic Administration at Clemson University, Justin also possesses a Master's in School Counseling and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
