Kim Watts, PhD PGCAP MSc RM RN, currently serves as Professor of Midwifery Leadership and Education at the University of Nottingham, a position held since July 2023. In addition to this role, Kim Watts is the Director of Kim Watts Consultancy Ltd, established in October 2020. Previous positions include Faculty Head of Research Studies at De Montfort University and Senior Lecturer at King's College London, where Kim Watts led Postgraduate Midwifery Studies. Earlier academic experience encompasses a lecturer role at the University of Nottingham and coordination of research and development for the Trent region.
