Chris Barba

Chris Barba has extensive experience in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and Change Management at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since September 2019. Chris has also held positions as a Consulting Manager and Change Management Consultant within the same organization. As of October 2024, Chris serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run of Southeastern Suburban Pennsylvania. Prior to these roles, Chris worked as a Management Consultant at Gap International from November 2014 to September 2019 and held various marketing and communications positions with Grassroot Soccer in Sub-Saharan Africa from August 2012 to October 2014. Chris began a career with Repario and Be Legendary as a Program Manager from September 2010 to September 2012. Chris holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University (2018-2020) and a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from Rowan University.
