Anne Papageorge is the Senior Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Services at the University of Pennsylvania. Anne has over 20 years of experience in the field of construction and real estate development. Prior to their current position, Anne served as the First Deputy Commissioner of the NYC Department of Design and Construction for nearly two decades. In this role, Anne was responsible for the planning, design, and construction of all city-owned buildings and infrastructure projects. Anne also oversaw the development of Lower Manhattan after the 9/11 attacks. Anne is a highly respected figure in the field of construction and real estate, and their work has helped to shape the landscape of New York City.
Anne Papageorge has an MBA in Management from Baruch College and a BLA in Urban Design from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
