Eric Zavinski is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership, marketing, and journalism. Currently serving as the District Executive for the Laurel Highlands Council of the Boy Scouts of America since August 2022, Eric leads volunteers and manages fundraising and marketing efforts in the Chestnut Ridge and Keystone districts. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Director at Ivy Tech Community College, where Eric spearheaded significant branding projects, along with serving as District Executive at Boy Scouts of America and obtaining extensive experience in journalism through positions at Ogden Newspapers and others. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from PennWest Clarion.
