Jackline Bamfo

Jackline Bamfo, MBA, PGDip, MCMI, Assoc CIPD, is a Lecturer in Human Resources Management at the University of Roehampton and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster, with a strong focus on developing and delivering high-quality educational materials and facilitating both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences. Previously, Jackline served as a Learning and Development Specialist at Close Brothers Asset Management and as a Financial Mediator at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Jackline's extensive experience as a Senior Bank Manager at TSB Bank includes managing teams and enhancing operational performance. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, Jackline's educational background also includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BA in Criminology and Sociology.
