Natalie Downey BSc (Hons) MCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and administration within the higher education sector. Currently serving as HR Manager for both the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences and Professional Services at the University of Surrey since February 2015, Natalie has previously held positions at the same institution, including Human Resources Advisor and Assistant HR Advisor. Prior roles include experience at Risk Reward Limited as a Summer Intern and various administrative positions in organizations such as SSE Enterprise Contracting and Constellation Europe. Academically, Natalie holds a BSc in Geography, Politics, and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, along with a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management from ILM.
