Andrew Kirby

Andrew Kirby is a PHD candidate at UNSW Canberra, focusing on enhancing national resilience in strategic contexts. Alongside this role, Andrew serves as the Director of the Australian Command and Staff Course, and as a student in the Defence Strategic Studies Course at the Australian Defence College. With extensive experience in strategic roles, Andrew is a Principal at STRATEGISE Australia and the Managing Director of the Veterans Industry Partnership, which aims to leverage veteran skills for small and medium enterprises. Additional positions include Adjunct Lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast and previous leadership roles within the Australian Army and Department of Defence. Andrew holds multiple master's degrees in National Security Policy Studies, Business Administration, and Military Strategic Studies, as well as bachelor's degrees in Business and Economics from the University of Queensland.
