Sandra Maxwell

Sandra Maxwell is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing administration and education. Currently serving as Administrative Director for System Ambulatory Nursing and Group Practice Director for both Academic Internal Medicine & Palliative Medicine at Henry Ford Health since November 2018, Sandra has also held various teaching positions at the University of Windsor since 1999. Previous roles include Manager of Patient Care Services at Detroit Medical Center, Director of Ambulatory and Outpatient Services at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare, and Director of Complex Continuing Care at Windsor Regional Hospital. Sandra's educational background includes a Master of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both obtained from the University of Windsor.
