Megan O'Rourke

Megan O'Rourke is an experienced professional in higher education administration, currently serving as a Salesforce CRM System Administrator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since May 2021. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Business Engagement Director and Salesforce Administrator at the UW-Madison Office of Business Engagement from January 2019 to May 2021, where leadership was provided for the Salesforce CRM transition from MS Dynamics. Additionally, from September 2013 to January 2019, Megan served as Associate Director of Career Services at UW-Madison, contributing to the implementation of the Handshake system. Earlier experience includes managing employer relations and career fairs at the University of Maryland, along with a graduate assistantship at Penn State University. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and College Student Affairs from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University.
