Anna Gromova

Anna Gromova serves as the Hub Operations Manager and Innovation Coordinator at the University of Zurich, focusing on enhancing knowledge transfer and supporting researchers in innovation projects through the Innovation Hub. Additionally, Anna is the Founder and Owner of BAIGE, a platform dedicated to personal wellbeing, sustainable living, and societal improvement. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Implementation Manager and Customer Onboarding Manager at Yokoy, where the focus was on automating spend management for enterprises. Anna also worked as an Associate Manager in Mutual Fund Dealing at Julius Baer and completed apprenticeships at Julius Baer and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Anna holds a degree from ZHAW School of Management and Law and a qualification in banking and financial services from KV Zürich Business School.
