Steven Portericker serves as the Chief Program & Equity Officer at University Settlement Society of New York since May 2023, overseeing programs and ensuring compliance with various funding contracts. Concurrently, as Chief Operating Officer at Riverdale Neighborhood House since September 2021, Steven enhances systems for innovation and strategic growth, particularly for teen programs. Previous positions include Associate Deputy Executive Director at Goddard Riverside Community Center, Chair of Harlem-Bronx LGBT Task Force, and Director of Youth Services at Union Settlement, where Steven managed a variety of youth programs and compliance obligations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Services Leadership from St. Joseph's University New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from Stony Brook University.
