Cindy Barlese

Cindy Barlese is an experienced professional with a robust background in service delivery and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at UniVoIP since December 2012, Cindy provides leadership and support to the deployment team for Teams Direct Dialing and OfficeConnect Solutions. Previous roles include Provisioning and Process Manager and Customer Service Manager at ArrowS3, where Cindy managed field technicians and day-to-day operations. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Manager/Process Manager at Shared Technologies, Project Manager/Customer Support Specialist at Cypress Communications, and Sales Engineer at Bell South Communications, Inc.
