Farheen Ibrahim

Farheen Ibrahim is a corporate counsel at Unleashed Brands since October 2021, focusing on transactional and franchise matters. Prior to this role, Farheen served as a partner at Canada Lewis & Associates PLLC from July 2019 to November 2021, where advisement on corporate, franchise, and employment law issues was provided, along with assistance in pre-litigation dispute resolution and mediation. From April 2018 to July 2019, Farheen worked as a senior associate in legal and compliance at a financial consulting services company, offering legal support to registered investment advisors. Earlier experience includes an associate attorney position in various law firms from August 2013 to April 2018, where expertise was gained in outside general counsel services, franchising, management-side employment law, and litigation. Farheen holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from Rice University and a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law.
