Kassi Kerns is a seasoned professional in marketing and business development with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Product Marketing Manager at Unum since July 2025, Kassi previously held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Mighty Union, where efforts centered on agency growth through targeted sales and marketing strategies. Kassi's role at RDW Group included significant leadership positions, such as Senior Director of Strategic Growth and Director of Client Engagement. Prior experience includes the Associate Director of Business Development, Sales & Project Manager, and Marketing Specialist at Boston Digital, as well as a Marketing Specialist role at Berkley Accident and Health. Kassi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a marketing concentration from the University of New Hampshire and has also pursued cultural studies at Universidad de Granada.
