Tiffany Ralls

Tiffany Ralls has a diverse work experience that spans from 2008 to present. In 2008, they began working as a Student Services Specialist at The Ohio State University. In 2012, they took on the role of Project Manager & Information Assistant at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In 2014, they moved on to become a Patient Financial Counselor, Emergency & Trauma Services at Mount Carmel Health System. In 2015, they became Team Lead Registration, Grant Medical Center at OhioHealth. In 2016, they began working as an Account Analyst at CoverMyMeds. In 2018, they took on the role of Onboarding Success Manager at Updox. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Coach at MentorcliQ.

Tiffany Ralls earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism & Mass Communications with a Public Relations Minor from Kent State University between 2003 and 2008. Tiffany later obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio Dominican University's LEAD Program in 2017.
