Megan Healy

Megan leads recruitment and talent management efforts for Upfront, partnering with portfolio companies on talent strategy and people practices. Prior to joining Upfront, Megan was on the founding leadership team and oversaw Recruiting and HR at Vessel, a venture-backed video start-up from the former founders of Hulu. Vessel was acquired by Verizon in 2018. Before Vessel, she was Head of Recruiting at Hulu, helping to build the team from 100 to 1,000 team members globally. Megan received a B.S. degree in Psychology and minored in Microbiology at the University of Washington.
