Manoj Deshmukh

Manoj Deshmukh is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in the chemical and packaging sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement for India Formulations and Packaging at UPL, Manoj oversees a team managing a spend of ₹600 crore across Asia. Prior to this role, Manoj held significant positions at Unilever, including Innovation Procurement & Cluster Chemicals Manager for South Asia, where responsibilities involved leading health care innovations and managing the supply of 20 lakh tons of inorganic chemicals. Earlier career roles at UPL included Packaging Procurement Manager and Assistant Purchasing Manager, focusing on supplier management and packaging procurement. Manoj holds a PGDM in Supply Chain Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Laws from Shrirambhau Shelke Law College, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from G.S. Science, Arts and Commerce College.
