Stephane Golz

Stephane Golz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of HS&E at UPL Corp since February 2022, and previously as Head of QHSE & OPEX Europe, Golz has demonstrated leadership in managing HSE operations across multiple regions including Europe and the Americas. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Director and Key Account Manager at Novallia, Regional Head and HSE Manager at Richemont overseeing 17 countries, and Vice President QHS&E EMEA at Firmenich, where responsibilities encompassed a large workforce and multiple facilities. Golz's academic qualifications include advanced executive education in leadership and safety culture from CEDEP and IMD, alongside a postgraduate degree in Molecular Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg.
