Joonas Kostiainen

Joonas Kostiainen is an experienced financial analyst currently serving in the Strategy Office at Uponor since November 2023. Previously, Kostiainen worked at EY from August 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading financial analysis for due diligence reports, engaging with target company management, enhancing client communication, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring junior team members. Earlier experience includes roles at BDO Finland as a Transaction Services Trainee, at UPM - The Biofore Company as a Summer Worker in Financial Control, and at Business Tampere as a Financial Administration Trainee. Kostiainen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Tampere University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from both Tampere University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
