Knud Brock is a seasoned music professional with extensive experience in licensing, supervision, and performance. As the Head of Licensing and Music Supervisor at Upright Music since February 2012, Knud plays a pivotal role in managing music rights and supervising projects. With a semi-professional background as a drummer since 2000, Knud has collaborated with various bands across genres including pop, rock, jazz, and swing, and possesses expertise in booking artists. Previous experience includes project management for Spil Dansk Dagen at KODA, contributing to its status as Denmark's largest nationwide music event, along with teaching drums since 2001. Knud holds a Master's degree in Musicology from the University of Copenhagen and has also engaged in educational roles, including as a leading tutor and substitute teacher.
