Jessica Lascelles is the Chief of Staff at Upward Farms. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Jessica leads Upward Farms people and internal operations, including recruiting, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, business optimization, and strategic planning.
As a force multiplier for Upward Farms CEO Jason Green, Jessica leverages over 10 years of experience across all facets of business operations in the technology sector. Prior to joining Upward Farms, Jessica worked as the Director of Strategic Operations and Government Affairs for the Drone Racing League, and before that was a Strategy and Business Development Manager for L3 Harris Technologies. An Australian citizen, Jessica first moved to the United States to negotiate multilateral science and technology programs on behalf of the Australian Department of Defense.
She studied entomology, zoology, history and education at the University of Adelaide.
