Zach Jarvis

Zach Jarvis has been working in customer success roles since 2015. Zach began at ADARA, Inc. as a Customer Success Director, where they worked until 2020. Zach then moved to Upwave, where they currently hold the role of Senior Manager, Customer Success. At Upwave, they work on the Brand Intelligence Platform, which makes brand marketing more impactful. At ADARA, they worked on the world's travel data co-op, providing insights and knowledge in return for data.

Zach Jarvis attended the University of San Francisco, followed by Santa Clara University School of Law. Zach has no additional certifications.
