Sarah Hayes has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as a People Stewardship professional at Urban Systems Ltd. since January 2020, prior positions include Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Tolko Industries, where responsibilities encompassed organizing leadership and board meetings. Other notable roles include contributions to airport operations at the City of Kelowna, and serving as an Executive Assistant at KF Aerospace, supporting top executives. Sarah also held leadership positions in communications for the Kelowna Riding Club, and gained foundational legal experience as a Legal Assistant at both Horsepower Intellectual Property Law and Schauble & Co. Law. Sarah holds multiple certifications in Office Administration and Legal Secretary from Okanagan College, alongside a Certificate in Equestrian Coaching.
