Jay was appointed to senior vice president, head of Information Technology in 2020. Before this role, Jay served as US Assure’s vice president of Information Technology since 2018. He leads all areas of Information Technology while continuing to be responsible for overseeing the IT strategy and implementation as we modernize technology, platforms and tools across the organization.
Jay’s 26 years of experience include an extensive background in property and casualty insurance and technology-based organizations like The Main Street America Group, Travelers, IBM and Intel. His credentials include legacy system migration, business process engineering and data warehousing, to name a few of the areas that are so relevant to our operation. Jay earned his MBA from Arizona State University.
