Russ Sobotta

Russ Sobotta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pharmacy policy, government relations, and business development. Currently serving on the Board of Advisors for VendRx since October 2021, Russ provides expertise in building remote dispensing systems for underserved pharmacy niches. As the Principal Policy Consultant at Adams Street Consulting since July 2019, Russ focuses on project management and resource deployment for effective government affairs. With a rich background in state government relations during a 13-year tenure at Sanofi, Russ has influenced legislative initiatives across multiple states in the pharmaceutical sector. Additional roles include serving as a National Race Officer for US Sailing and previous positions with GSK, Boston University School of Public Health, and Westwood Rexall Pharmacy. Russ holds two MBA degrees and a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
