Justin Maloof serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of USA Pickleball since January 2013, leading the national governing body responsible for the sport's growth and development. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Executive Director at Ice Den from October 1997 to December 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing nine department heads and managing customer relations for nearly one million annual patrons. Earlier experience includes a role as Coordinator of Fan Development for the Arizona Coyotes, focusing on fan engagement and corporate sponsorship initiatives, and as an Account Executive at Kelowna Rockets Hockey Enterprises Ltd. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound and is a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Tacoma, WA.
