Michele D. is an experienced professional in the pickleball industry, currently serving as Executive Director at DUPR since July 2022, where assistance is provided to clubs in developing successful leagues utilizing the DUPR platform. As Director of the All State Pickleball League since August 2022, Michele promotes competitive play in New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania, fostering sportsmanship among players. As Co-Founder of All State Pickleball League, LLC since January 2022, Michele oversees the organization's seasonal competitions. Additionally, Michele owns and directs MD Pickleball Academy, LLC since February 2021, focusing on developing programs and providing instruction for all ages. Involved in community support as a Mentor for Transplant Journey, Inc., and serving as the North NJ District Ambassador for USA Pickleball, Michele's extensive background is enhanced by prior roles in business consulting and development for non-profits, underpinned by a B.S. in Business from Montclair State University.

The USA Pickleball Association, a non-profit 501(c)(3) was established in 2005 to further the advancement of the sport on a national level. As the official governing body of pickleball in the United States, USA Pickleball promotes the growth of pickleball by maintaining the rules, setting player ratings, advancing the sport through its national network of 1,800+ ambassadors, and sanctioning tournaments.
