Frank Clouser

Frank Clouser is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Insurance Communications at USAA, Frank Clouser is responsible for strategic direction and leadership of internal and external communications for both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance business lines. Previously, Frank Clouser held various leadership roles at Allstate, including Senior Communications Leader for the Northwest Region and Head of Communications for the Commercial Insurance division, where strategic communication and change management initiatives were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes a role as Corporate Affairs Associate at Weber Shandwick, focusing on media relations and corporate positioning. Frank Clouser holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, both from the University of Florida.
