Natascha Walker

Natascha Walker is an experienced organizational effectiveness professional with a robust background in change management and communication. Currently serving as an Organizational Effectiveness Principal at USAA since March 2014, Natascha focuses on fostering a resilient workforce. Prior experience includes positions as a Change and Communications Consultant at Aon Hewitt, where Natascha led change management initiatives for large-scale implementations, and as an Organizational Change Manager at Kinetic Concepts, overseeing enterprise-level communication improvements and strategic restructuring efforts. Natascha's extensive career also includes a role as a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, delivering change management engagements across various industries. Natascha holds both an M.A. and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma and Hendrix College, respectively.
